Hello, Trox User 👋

This is the casual, no-nonsense agreement between you and the Trox team. We built Trox to help you plan your days, save precious memories, and keep track of little moments that matter. No sign-up, no account creation, no annoying verification steps needed to unlock every single feature of this app. By downloading, opening, or using Trox, you’re agreeing to the simple terms laid out below.

Our Promises To You

• ✅ Every single piece of content you create in Trox (daily plans, reminder settings, journal photos, notes, all of it) stays stored 100% on your personal device. We never upload, access, or store any of your content on external servers. No exceptions.
• ✅ We will never track your usage behavior, sell your data to third parties, or run hidden analytics in the background of the app. What you do in Trox stays only with you, always.
• ✅ All core features of Trox will always be available for free, no paywalls blocking your ability to create plans, set reminders, or save journal cards.
• ✅ We will never push mandatory ads that interrupt your usage of the app. If we ever include optional promotional content in the future, it will be clearly marked and fully skippable.

What You’re Welcome To Do

• ✨ Use Trox for all your personal planning and journaling needs: create as many daily plans, reminders, journal cards, and notes as you want, no limits.
• ✨ Export all your content from Trox whenever you want, for any personal use. You own 100% of the content you create in the app, full stop.
• ✨ Share feedback, feature requests, or bug reports with us anytime. We love hearing from users and use your input to make Trox better for everyone.

App Updates & Agreement Changes

We will regularly roll out updates to Trox to add new features, fix bugs, and improve performance. All updates will follow the core promises we’ve laid out here, and we will never push an update that changes our 100% local data policy.

We recommend you back up your Trox content regularly to your personal cloud storage or device storage, since we can’t recover your content if your device is lost, broken, or wiped (remember, we don’t have access to any of your data).

If we ever need to update this agreement, we will post a prominent in-app notification 7 days before the new agreement goes into effect. If you continue using Trox after the new effective date, that means you’re okay with the updated terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, you can uninstall Trox at any time with no hassle.
